Here we are in KL for the third time in just over 9 months. This time we're staying in an apartment a little more strategically located in the heart of the city. With the money saved on taxis and laundry (we have a washing machine!!) this apartment works out cheaper than staying at the outskirts of the city. So far we've just been enjoying life in the big city. Esther has practically moved into H&M, while the kids and I have been ruling the pool on the roof. Today Aisa swam for for first time. She ran and jumped (about 50 times) into the pool without any floating devices, then swam back to the edge herself. She swam about 3 meters, which is pretty good for a 3 year old.
We can't hand in our own paperwork to the embassy until we receive an official letter of approval from the immigration office in Jakarta. Which is what we're waiting for. Once we get "approved", we'll hopefully have our new visas within a couple of days. We were hoping to get them this week, but it's not likely to happen. The average waiting time is about 10-14 days.
