Our friends and neighbors have just finished celebrating Idul Fitri and life is about to get back to normal. School is about to start for all the Wana kids we've been teaching, so tomorrow we're taking them all to the beach for a last outing together! (I'll be sure to post pictures in the next few days).
I'm almost done with the last batch of evaluations, something that's been hanging over me and causing unnecessary stress for a while now. I'm not planning on any trips or new evaluations in the next couple of months either, so we're looking forward to some time to focus on family and the youth ministry here in Palu.
We're still praying for someone to come help teach our children this next school year. We appreciate your prayers in this area. We were also just told that the kids' school back in Norway is no longer willing to continue providing school books for the kids. So we'll need to find another way to get books for this next year. We're trusting it'll all work out in the end (it usually does). However, it's big concern for Esther, and it certainly isn't helping to lower the already considerable amount of stressful factors in her life.
